摘 要:提出了从抗氧化效能来评价丹参类药物质量观点,采用流动注射化学发光法建立抗氧化评价体系,对3种标准抗氧化剂单体和8种丹参类药品进行抗氧化实验。将清除率与浓度作多项式四阶拟合,由拟合方程计算出各自IC50值,以IC50大小表示自由基清除能力,从而直接从抗氧化效能反应出8种丹参药品的质量。所建立的方法具有良好的稳定性和重现性。3种抗氧化单体和8种丹参药品在低浓度下的抗氧化能力与浓度呈正比,高浓度下随着浓度进一步加大,抗氧化能力不再增大。实验证明该方法简单、高效、重现性好、稳定性高,可推广用于抗氧化类药物的质量的初步评价。A quality evaluation of Saivia miltiorrhiza preparations from the viewpoint of its antioxidative ability is presented by flow injection chemiluminescence based on auto?oxidation system of Pyrogallol. The chemilumines?cence parameters are optimized, and the antioxidation of three standard antioxidants and eight Saivia miliorrhiza preparations are evaluated. Making four?order polynomial fitting between the clearance rate and concentration, the IC50 is calculated respectively from each fitting equation, whose value can reflect the quality of drugs clearing an?tioxidant directly. The results show that the inhibition effect is proportional to the concentration of antioxidants in low concentration, but not in high concentration with further increasing of it. The method is simple, high?efficien?cy, with good repeatability and stability, it can be used to preliminarily evaluate the quality of these antioxidative drugs.
