摘 要:为掌握山东省内大型商场建筑能耗特点并分析节能对策,对山东省内5个城市的某连锁商城的能耗进行调研,分析得出5家商城的全年平均的能耗指标为199.9 k W·h/(m2·a),低于已知的其他地区商场建筑能耗指标。其中商城建筑空调及照明系统总能耗占建筑总能耗中的72.1%,因此空调及照明系统有很大的节能改造空间。提出了的节能措施,可为其他商城在能源系统节能改造及系统运行管理方面提供参考。The energy consumption of the large-scale shopping malls in Shandong province is analyzed through the on-site investigation of the selected five typical chain shopping malls. The results show that the annual average ener?gy consumption of the five malls is 199.9 kW·h/( m2 ·a) , which is lower than the data of the mall buildings in other areas. Among them, about 72. 1% of the total energy consumption is consumed by the air conditioning and lighting system of the mall building, which indicates a large potential in reconstruction of energy savings in the fields of air conditioning and lighting systems. According to the investigation results, some effective energy-saving measures have been proposed for improving the energy efficiency and reducing the power consumption of the five shopping malls. The proposed measures can provide a useful reference for the operation and management of shop?ping malls in other areas.
