摘　　要：根据地理国情普查外业电子调绘的需求,本文提出了基于Android平台地理国情普查外业调绘系统的设计方案,重点阐述了离线矢量数据存储与显示,海量遥感影像数据的加载与显示,软硬件功能高度集成化等关键技术;并简单介绍了调绘软件的系统构架。Based on the needs of field investigation and plotting in National Geographic Conditions Monitoring, this thesis proposed a design scheme of investigation and mapping system for National Geographic Conditions Monitoring based on Android, focused on the following key technologies： storage and display of both offline vector maps and massive remote sensing image data, hardware and software functions highly integration etc. Besides, it gave a brief introduction of the system structure of this investigation and mapping system included.
