摘 要:从中国疾病预防控制中心寄生虫病预防控制所近5年以来的论文发表情况了解我国寄生虫病领域的研究现状。基于CNKI、万方数据库以及Pub Med收录的国内和国外期刊的文献数据,运用多种分析及可视化工具,从期刊、机构合作、关键词、基金资助的角度,结合文献和资料进行分析。国家寄生虫病所近五年文献发表的数量一直保持在较高水平,全国与之开展合作研究的机构形成了两个较为明显的合作团体。研究方向主要集中在血吸虫、疟疾、细粒棘球蚴等领域,着重于寄生虫病的免疫学和流行病学分析、以及疫情的监测、防治、病例诊断和药物研究等方面。应加强科研院所与高校、企业等机构的科研合作,适当拓宽研究视野,创新研究思路。To understand the current research in the field of parasitic diseases by analyzing papers published by National Institute of Parasitic Diseases(NIPD) in the last five years. The analysis was based on the collection of literature data from CNKI, WanFang and PubMed database. Several analyzing methods and visualization tools were applied. Journals, cooperation between institutions, key words, and funds were analyzed. The number of literatures published by NIPD remained at a higher level in the last five years. Two cooperative groups were formed obviously. Research direction mainly focused on the study of schistosomiasis, malaria, and Echinococcus granulosus, etc. Most studies put emphasis on the immunological and epidemiological analysis of parasitic diseases, as well as epidemic monitoring, disease prevention, diagnosis and drug research, etc. Cooperation among scientific research institutes, universities and enterprises should be strengthened. Research field of vision should be widened.
