小儿静脉窦区颅骨凹陷骨折5例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨小儿大静脉窦处的颅骨凹陷性骨折临床特点、诊断及手术治疗。方法回顾性分析5例小儿大静脉窦处的颅骨凹陷性骨折患儿的临床特征、影像学特征、手术治疗及预后。结果所有患儿均经CT明确诊断,并行一期碎骨片清除手术治疗,所有患儿预后良好,未见相应并发症。结论手术处理伤及静脉窦的颅骨凹陷性骨折应十分谨慎,围手术期的病情评估和术中精心操作对治疗成败至关重要。Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics, diagnosis, and surgical treatment of skull depressed fracture involving venous sinus in children. Methods A review of the clinical features, depressed skull fracture analysis were 5 cases of children with big vein sinus imaging features, operation treatment and prognosis. Results All ifve patients were diagnosed with CT scan, and accepted bone fragment removal. The outcomes of these patients were good without severe complication. Conclusion Surgical treatment for skull depressed fracture involving venous sinus in children should be careful. The peroperative evaluation and intraoperative procedure were important influencing factors for success of treatment.
