腔镜辅助颈部小切口甲状腺手术的护理配合

摘　　要：目的探讨腔镜辅助颈部小切口甲状腺手术的护理方法。方法 2012年7月—2014年7月68例患者在我院接受腔镜辅助颈部小切口甲状腺手术,对上述患者的临床护理情况进行总结。结果 68例手术均获成功,无中转术式。术后6例出现切口下缘皮肤I度烧伤,4例出现声音嘶哑,治疗后均痊愈。1例甲状腺次全切除术标本发现甲状旁腺组织,但未出现低钙血症。经过精心护理,68例患者均痊愈出院。结论积极的术前准备,严密的术后病情观察,及时处理并发症是患者顺利康复的关键。Objective To discuss nursing experience in minimally invasive video -assisted thyroidectomy . Methods Nursing care data was collected in 68 patients accepted minimally invasive video -assisted thy‐roidectomy in author＇s hospital from July 2012 to July 2014 .Results All cases of operation were successful with no surgical conversion .Six patients with I skin burn in incision margin and 4 cases of hoarseness post operation were cured after treatment .Parathyroid tissue was found in 1 case of subtotal thyroidectomy specimens ,but there was no hypocalcemia .After careful nursing ,68 patients were cured and discharged . Conclusion Active preoperative preparation ,close observation in postoperation and timely treatment of complications is important key to successful rehabilitation in patients with minimally invasive video -assis‐ted thyroidectomy .
