摘  要:地方院校教师教育人才培养模式改革是一项综合性系统工程。在应用型、多科性发展背景下,龙岩学院师范教育向教师教育转变,这一转型以学科教育与教育学科相融为改进目标、提高教师教育的培养质量为目的,从课程体系、师资队伍、校内教育综合技能实训与校外实习实践、职前培养与职后培训一体化、教师教育管理体制等方面进行相应改革。The reform on the teaching mode for teacher education in local universities is an integrated and systematic program. Under the environment of practical and multi-specialty development, the transformation from the traditional teacher training to the teacher education in Longyyan University is characterized with the target of integration of specialized education with pedagogy, with the aim of increasing educational quality. The corresponding reforms should be conducted in such aspects as curricula, staff, practice of comprehensive skills both in and out of campus, integrity of pre-service and after-service trainings and management mechanism.
