摘　　要：为更好地适应社会需求,如何逐渐将临床医学学位与研究生教育从以培养学术型人才为主向以培养应用型人才为主转变,实现医学研究生教育在规模、质量、结构、效益等方面的协调、可持续发展,走出一条科学培养高层次人才之路,是当前临床医学学位与研究生教育工作研究的热点问题。教育质量评价体系,作为评估教学成果优劣的重要手段之一,通过评价体系的建立与实施,可以有效地指导与监控教育培养全过程,使之更好地贴近教育培养需要,实现培养目标。In order to better meet the needs of the society,it is important to know how to gradually bring the medical degree and postgraduate education to train from academic talents to cultivate applied talents,and to realize the medical graduate education in the scale,structure,quality,benefit and other aspects of coordination,sustainable development,and to find out a Road of scientific cultivation of high level talents,which is also a hot issue of the medical degree and postgraduate education research.Through the establishment and implementation of evaluation system,the quality of education evaluation system,which is as an important means of evaluating teaching results of quality,can effectively guide and monitor the whole process of education,and which can be better to close to the education and training needs,and to realize the goal of training.
