把握任职教育特点 加强航空航天生理学实习课教学改革

摘　　要：任职教育是军队继续教育的一项主要内容,其在军事教育中的地位将愈加重要,军队院校改革要突出任职教育主体地位,推进任职教育深入开展。本文在把握任职教育特点的基础上对航空航天生理学实习在任职教育改革中的特点进行了归纳和总结。Post education is a main content of the army continuing education. Its position becomes more important in military education. The army colleges and universities reform must highlight the subject status of post education and promote the development of post education. In this paper, on the basis of considering the characteristics of post education, it summarized and concluded the characteristics of aerospace physiology practice in post education reform.
