浅谈帮助实习医生建立正确医患关系的方法

摘　　要：近年来,日趋紧张的医患关系严重冲击着医疗服务市场,已成为社会不和谐的因素。医护工作者不仅要有良好的政治素质、心理素质,而且要有高深的专业素质、广博的人文素质。本文从医患关系现状出发,结合临床实习教学实际,提出有关帮助实习医生建立正确医患关系的方法;希望帮助实习医生接纳和适应新时代发展的理念,加强对其人文素质的培养并应用于医患活动中,达到构建和谐医患关系的目的。Increasingly strained doctor-patient relationship is not only a serious impact on the medical service market,but also has become a social disharmonious factor in recent years.Doctors should have good political quality,psychological quality,profound professional quality,and humanitarian spirit.In this present paper,we put forward an appropriate way to help interns set up a right doctor-patient relationship according to the reality of clinical practice,in order to help them adapt to the new development concept,strengthen the cultivation of humanistic quality and application in the medical activities,and finally achieve the goal of building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
