摘　　要：影响高压辊压机产量的参数有多个,设计参数发挥高效节能的特性,就必须研究其参数与产量间的关系;根据产量计算公式,分析出影响产量的关键参数是辊间隙、辊宽、辊线速度、物料粒度、辊径及啮合角等。经过分析,得出影响产量的主要参数有物料的粒度和液压总压力。Effects of parameters of high pressure roller press production has more than one, how to design the parameter characteristics in order to play its energy efficient, we must study the relationship between yield and its parameters. According to calculating formula of yield, anatysis of several key parameters that affect the output： roll gap, roller width, roller line speed, size of material,roll diameter and contact angle and other parameters. After detailed analysis, the main parameters affecting the yield of grain sizeand hydraulic pressure material.
