摘　　要：液压钻机配油套与主轴间的间隙是评价钻机性能的重要指标,实践中通常根据配油套的泄漏量对其进行检测。根据配油套的工作原理,设计了配油套泄漏量测试装置,简要叙述了该装置主要零件的设计与选型。实践证明,该装置的应用有利于提高钻机质量和性能。Interval between the oil distribution sleeve and the spindle of the hydraulic drilling rig is an important indicator to evaluate the performance of the rig, which is usually tested by the leakage from the oil distribution sleeve. According the working principle of the oil distribution sleeve, the testing device of the leakage is designed and the design and the selection of its main parts are introduced briefly. It is proved by practice that the application of this device is helpful to improve the quality and performance of the drilling rig.
