摘  要:应用Soildworks建立高效立式加工中心立柱数字化模型,运用Simulation对立柱进行有限元分析,获得立柱的静、动态特性参数。综合运用正交试验设计、模糊数学和有限元分析理论,对立柱的结构参数进行多目标模糊优化,获得最优结构参数为壁厚22 mm、肋板厚18 mm、顶部开窗大小140 mm×320 mm。分析表明,优化后立柱位移减小6%,1阶固有频率增加1.2%。通过对立柱结构参数的优化,提高了其静、动态特性。Digital model of efficient vertical mac center column is established through Soildworks. Finite element analysis of column is done by Simulation, then, the static and dynamic characteristic parameters of column are obtained. Multi-objective fuzzy optimization for structure parameters of column is done through the comprehensive use of the orthogonal design, fuzzy mathematics and finite element analysis theory. The structure parameters obtained are as follows; wall thickness is 22 mm, reinforcing plate thickness is 18 ram,the size of opened window on the top is 140 mm×320 mm. It is indicated from the analysis that the optimized displacement of column reduces by 6%, the first-order natural frequency increases by 1.2%. parameters, its static and dynamic properties is improved.
