摘　　要：针对当前刮板输送机中普遍使用的液力耦合器,其更换过程中存在拆卸困难的问题。提出了解决此问题的方法,改进了液力耦合器的结构,论述了新型液力耦合器的原理。分析了实际应用情况,结果表明该种液力耦合器不仅能适应于刮板输送机,而且具有拆卸方便的优点。In view of the hydraulic coupling commonly used in the current scraper conveyor, it is very difficultly dismantled in the change process. The paper puts forward a method to solve this problem,improve the structure of hydraulic coupling and discusses the principle of a new type of hydraulic coupling. Analyzing the practical application, the results show that this kind of hydraulic coupling can not only be adapted to the scraper conveyor, but also possess the advantages of convenient disassembly.
