摘 要:针对煤矿综采工作面生产工艺和自动化生产的技术要求,设计了一种基于Power Builder12.5的液压支架实时自动监控系统,确立了通讯模式,编制了监控系统应用软件。本系统能实时监测工作面液压支架的运行状态;实时监测采煤机位置,判断当前采煤工艺段,对液压支架实施远程控制。该系统通过了现场调试和工业运行试验,试验结果表明系统性能稳定、运行可靠,满足设计要求,具有较高的实用价值。Based on the technical requirements of automated production and manufacturing technology which used in fully-mechanized mining face, a real-time automatic monitoring system which based on Power Builder12.5 was designed through the establishing of communication mode and the compiling of software of control system. It could be used to monitor the operating state of Hydraulic Supports and provide the messages about the position of shearer in time, thus it could control the hydraulic support by judging the coal mining process. This system had passed scene debugging and industrial operation tests, the results shown that the system was stable ,reliable, met the design requirements, and had high practical value.
