摘　　要：重点研究了PLC控制系统和撒水装置的基本结构。针对现有装置存在的撒水不均匀、控制精度低、用水量大等问题,自主研制出一套由PLC自动控制系统组成的新型撒水装置。该装置具有撒布精度高、撒布范围广、撒布速度快、撒布效率高等优点,同时该系统配备了相应的操作控制界面和故障监控界面,能实时高效的完成对设备的控制。Analysis of the existing sprinkler equipment exists problems, such as spreading uneven, control accuracy is low and water consumption , etc. To solve these problems we developed a set by PLC automatic control system of the new sprinkler equipment, Describes the structure and composition, work characteristics and sprinkler work principle in working condition. The features of new sprinklers contains： Spreading high precision, Save water consumption and Improve the efficiency of sprinkler, Meanwhile, the system is equipped with operator control interface and fault monitoring screen.
