摘　　要：随着计算机应用在各行各业的逐步普及,视频监控技术在煤炭工业中得到了广泛应用,已成为煤矿安全生产和管理的重要技术手段之一,基于网络的智能视频监控技术已成为矿用视频监控系统发展的必然趋势。重点说明了以智能视频分析技术为核心的视频监控系统的基本原理,分析了其总体结构,并对监控系统进行了初步的设计与实现。With the gradual popularization of computer applications in various fields, video surveillance technology has been widely used in the coal industry and also become one of techniques of the safe production and management, Network-based intelligent video surveillance technology has become the inevitable trend of development of the mining video surveillance system. The basic principle of intelligent video analysis technology as the core of video surveillance system is explained, overall structure of the system is analyzed, and the system is approximately designed and realization.
