祛痰止咳丸止咳化痰作用实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究祛痰止咳丸的止咳化痰作用。方法:止咳实验采用小鼠氨水引咳法及豚鼠枸橼酸引咳法;化痰实验采用对正常小鼠的化痰作用试验,对家鸽的化痰作用试验,对大鼠气管排痰量的影响以及对大鼠气管分泌液中黏多糖含量的影响实验。结果:止咳实验中,与对照组比较,祛痰止咳丸低、中、高剂量均能显著减少氨水所致小鼠咳嗽次数及枸橼酸引起的豚鼠咳嗽次数,显著延长小鼠的咳嗽潜伏期(P<0.01),显著延长豚鼠咳嗽潜伏期(P<0.05);化痰实验中,与对照组比较,祛痰止咳丸能显著增加小鼠气管段酚红排泌量(P<0.05),显著增加大鼠气管分泌液中黏多糖的含量(P<0.01),增强高剂量组家鸽气管纤毛运动(P<0.01),增加高剂量组大鼠的气管排痰量(P<0.01)和中、高剂量组大鼠气管分泌液中黏多糖含量(P<0.01)。结论:祛痰止咳丸具有较好的止咳化痰作用。Objective： To study the effects of Qutan Zhike pills on relieving cough and resolving phlegm.Methods： The experiment of relieving cough was made in the mice caused cough by ammonia water and in the guinea pig caused cough by citric acid; the experiment of resolving phlegm was made in mice and pigeon normally resolved phlegm. The effects on the amount of tracheal phlegmy elimination of rat and the sticky polysaccharide content in tracheal secreted fluid of rat were tested. Result： Compared with control group in the experiment of relieving cough,the low,medium and high doses of Qutan Zhike pills could significantly reduce the numbers of cough due to ammonia water in mice and cough due to citric acid in guinea pigs,and significantly prolong the incubation periods of coughs in mice（ P〈0.01） and guinea pigs（ P〈0.05）. Compared with control group in the experiment of resolving phlegm,Qutan Zhike pills could significantly increase the amount of phenol red excretion from trachea of mice and the sticky polysaccharide content in tracheal secreted fluid of rat（ P〈0.05、P〈0. 01）,enhance the tracheal ciliary movement of pigeons in high-dose group（ P〈0. 01）,increase the amount of tracheal phlegmy elimination of rat in high-dose group（ P〈0.01） and the sticky polysaccharide content in tracheal secreted fluid of rats in medium- and high-doses groups（ P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Qutan Zhike pills has a better effect on relieving cough and resolving phlegm.
