玉树白化叶片返绿过程中Rubisco活性变化

摘  要:用酶标仪分析了玉树(Crassula arborescens)全白叶片在复绿过程中Rubisco活性和可溶性蛋白含量的变化。结果表明,玉树全白期Rubisco活性和可溶性蛋白含量较全绿时期弱,但白化叶片仍可进行光合作用;在复绿过程中,玉树全白叶片Rubisco活性和可溶性蛋白含量逐步升高。说明玉树全白叶片具有光合作用能力,可以存活,具有观赏价值。随着叶片色素含量的增加,叶绿体光合作用逐渐增强,叶片内光合产物逐步积累,进而促进植株体内生命能量物质和可溶性蛋白的增加。通过Rubisco活性的变化来判断玉树白化叶的固碳能力、存活能力和实用价值,可为叶片白化机理的研究提供理论依据。The experiment using microplate reader analyzed Rubisco activity and soluble protein content changes in the process of greenable albino Crassula arborescens. The results showed that Rubisco activity and soluble protein were weak than at the fully green stage,however, photosynthesis was still exist at the fully albescent stage. Rubisco activity of Crassula arborescens greenable albino leaves was gradually increased, changes in soluble protein content results were consistent with changes of Rubisco activity result. These indicated that Crassula arborescens albino leaves still had photosynthesis ability and could survive,with a view of the ornamental value. With the increase of leaf pigment content, the chloroplast photosynthesis gradually increased, photosynthetic products gradually accumulated,thus contributing to increased life energy plant substances soluble protein in vivo. Through the change of Rubisco activity to determine the Crassula arborescens albino leaves carbon sequestration capacity, viability and practical value, then will provide a theoretical basis for the study of Crassula arborescens albino leaf.
