参芪扶正注射液联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察参芪扶正注射液联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗冠心病慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:选择125例冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者。随机分为治疗组(63例)和对照组(62例)。对照组给予酒石酸美托洛尔、洋地黄、利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂、硝酸酯类、阿司匹林肠溶片、阿托伐他丁等常规治疗。治疗组在对照组基础上给予参芪扶正注射液250 ml静脉滴注,1次/d。疗程均为2周。比较治疗前后血浆脑钛肽(BNP)水平、左室射血分数,每搏输出量及心排血量。观察治疗前后两组心功能的变化和组间差异。结果:治疗组对心功能改善总有效率(92.06%)明显高于对照组(77.42%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组对左心室射血分数、每搏输出量、心排血量的改善及血浆BNP水平降低明显优于对照组,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液联合酒石酸美托洛尔治疗冠心病心力衰竭患者可改善临床症状和左心室收缩功能,降低血浆BNP水平,增强治疗作用,减少不良反应。Objectlve To observe the curative effect of Shenqifuzheng Injection Combined with metoprolol tartrate in the treatment of chronic congestive heart failure. Method 125 cases of coronary heart disease in patients with chronic failure stress were randomly divided into the treatment group （63 cases） and control group （62 cases）. The control group was given metoprolol tartrate, digitalis, diuretics, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, nitrates, Aspirin Enteric -coated Tablets, atorvastatin D routine treatment. The treatment group based on in the control group was given Shenqifuzheng Injection 250 ml intravenous infusion of 1 times / d. Were treated for 2 weeks. Comparison of plasma BNP levels before and after treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction, stroke volume and cardiac output. The two groups were observed before and after treatment the changes of cardiac function and the differences between groups. Results The treatment group improved on the heart function of total effective rate （92.06%） was significantly higher than the control group （77.42%）, there was significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Improving the treatment group on left ventricular ejection fraction, stroke volume, cardiac output and plasma BNP level was significantly better than the control group ,there was statistically significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng Injection Combined with metoprolol tartaric acid can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure and left ventricular systolic function, decrease plasma BNP level, enhance therapeutic effect, less side effect.
