胸膝卧位在产程中矫正枕位异常的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨胸膝卧位矫正枕位异常的可行性。方法:将单胎初产临产的枕位异常的产妇186例,随机分成两组,入选者均无绝对头盆不称、胎儿窘迫、严重妊娠并发症及合并症,其中96例为观察组采取胸膝卧位矫正枕位,另90例为对照组按常规处理。结果:观察组产程明显缩短,阴道分娩率明显增加,而胎儿窘迫及新生儿窒息率明显降低,两组比较有统计学意义。Objective To investigate and discuss the feasibility of chest - knee position to corrects abnormal occiput position. Method 186 case with abnormal occiput position of single embryo were studied, which were randomly divided into two sets, all the Inductees had not absolute no head matched basin,fetall distress , gravidity pregnancy amalgamation and complication,96 cases as the observation group adopted chest - knee position to corrects abnormal oceiput position, the other 90 cases as the control group were handled by routine way. Results The stage of labor of the observation group was significantly shorter and the percentage of natural delivery childbirth rate was significantly higher than the control group. By contrast the rate of retail distress and asphyxia neonatorum of the observation group were both obviously lower than that of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion That using the chest - knee position to correct abnormal oceiput position in the stages of labor is a conscientiously feasible method.
