摘 要:目的:观察干预性护理对胃癌术后经空肠造瘘肠内营养的影响。方法:选取胃癌术后行空肠造瘘的患者60例,按照护理方式不同,分为常规护理组和护理干预组,每组均为30例。常规护理组予以常规护理,护理干预组予以干预性护理。观察两组护理前后WHO-QOL量表(体重,精神状态,化疗耐受和躯体活动力),血红蛋白,白蛋白,转铁蛋白和前白蛋白。结果:护理干预组患者的体重,精神状态,化疗耐受和躯体活动力改善情况均明显优于常规护理组(P<0.01)。护理干预组的血红蛋白,白蛋白,转铁蛋白和前白蛋白水平明显高于常规护理组(P<0.01)。结论:护理干预能够明显提高胃癌术后经空场造瘘进行肠内营养的效果,改善机体的营养,促进康复。Objective To observe the impact of nurse intervention on enteral nutrition through jejunal stoma in patients with postoperative gastric cancer. Method 60 patients with postoperative gastric cancer were divided into the usual care group and nurse intervention group according to care in different ways, each group were 30 cases. Usual care group were gave routine care, nurse intervention group were given nurse intervention in the basis of routine care. The WHO - QOL scale ( weight, mental status, chemotherapy tolerance and physical activity ), hemoglobin, albumin, transferrin and prealbumin were observed in two groups before and after treatment. Results The weight, mental status,chemotherapy tolerance and physical activity were improved significantly in nurse intervention group than those in usual care group (P 〈 0. 01 ). The levels of hemoglobin, albumin, transferrin and prealbumin in nurse intervention group were significantly higher than those in usual care group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Nurse intervention can significantly improve the efficacy of enteral nutrition in patients with postoperative gastric cancer,improve the body's nutrition and promote rehabilitation.
