摘  要:化工卓越工程师作为承担提高当前化学化工类科技成果转化率和产业化程度重任的工程技术人才,其人才培养的核心能力是将化工新技术新装置等应用于解决传统化工过程问题的建模、求解及结果表达能力。文章结合当前国内开展的化工设计竞赛在高校学生及工业界产生的影响,进一步讨论了当前将行业先进设计工具引入化工类卓越工程师培养中的具体问题。As the core engineer talents who take the responsibility to improve the low rate of scientific and technological achievements transformation in chemical industry, the key innovation abilities of the outstanding chemical engineers cultivated by colleges are identified as applying new technology and high - efficiency equipments in solving traditional problems of chemical engineering. Furthermore,considering the great influence on students and the industrial community caused by chemical process design contests which were carried out in recent years,the practical issues of introducing advanced professional design tools into outstanding chemical engineers'cultivation were discussed.
