萘普西诺及其对映异构体的HPLC法测定

摘　　要：建立了高效液相色谱法测定萘普西诺及其对映异构体。采用Chiralpak AD—H色谱柱，以正己烷：异丙醇（95：5）为流动相，检测波长232nm。萘普西诺在0．015～20μg／ml范围内线性关系良好。萘普西诺与其R-异构体分离良好，回收率为99．4％和96．2％，RSD为0．61％和8．1％。An HPLC method was established for the determination of naproxcinod and its enantiomer. A Chiralpak AD-H column was used with the mobile phase ofhexane ： isopropanol （95 ： 5） at the detection wavelength of 232 nm. It was linear for naproxcinod in the range of 0.015 - 20 μg/ml. Naproxcinod was separated with its R-enantiomer efficiently. Their average recoveries were 99.4 % and 96.2 %, with RSDs of 0.61% and 8.1%.
