摘 要:由于蔗地垄面和垄沟凹凸不平变化较大,小型甘蔗收获机行走时,切割器的切割位置会随着垄面变化而变化,并且液压系统的压力也随之变化。该文主要是针对自主研发的物理样机进行测试试验,测试不入土有蔗、入土无蔗、入土有蔗的情况下切割器液压系统的压力变化规律,分析工作中影响切割系统压力的主要因素及规律变化。研究发现:不入土仅切割甘蔗时,系统压力的增长率为4.0%,入土无蔗系统压力增长率为74%,入土有蔗系统压力增长率为78.7%,入土切割对系统压力影响很显著,不入土仅仅切割甘蔗对系统压力影响不显著,同时得到入土切割压力随深度的变化规律曲线。Since the uneven surface of sugarcane ridge and furrow, when a small sugarcane harvester working on it, the cutter's cutting position will change with the ridge surface, as well as the hydraulic system pressure. The test experiment was mainly on the self-developed harvester, and the change rule of the cutter's hydraulic system's pressure on the condition of cutting above surface soil with sugarcane, cutting beneath surface soil without sugarcane, and cutting beneath surface soil with sugarcane was studied, then the main influential factors and change rule of the cutter's system were analyzed. The growth rate of system pressure was 4.0% under the condition of cutting above surface soil with sugarcane, but it was 74% and 78.7% when cutting beneath surface soil without sugarcane and with sugarcane. Cutting beneath surface soil has a great impact on system pressure, while cutting above surface soil with sugarcane has a little impact on system pressure, and the change rule curve of the pressure with soil depth was obtained at the same time.
