摘 要:针对当前我国水果采摘环节的机械化程度低的现状,设计了便携电动式水果采摘机。水果采摘机主要由微型高速直流电动机、圆盘切割刀、果篮、钢丝及套、上下支承杆、切割控制手柄等部件构成。采摘时,通过改变上下支撑杆的相对位置调整支撑杆的长度,利用按动切割控制手柄调整切割刀的位置,并联动切割电动机开启切断果柄,完成采摘。该采摘器结构简单、成本低廉、具有较强的通用性和可操作性,适用于大部分果园采摘,能顺利高效的采摘果实,极大减少了劳动强度,提高采摘效率。It was designed in the view of the current low degree of fruit picking mechanization in our country. It is mainly composed of high speed miniature direct-current motor, disc cutter, fruit basket, wire line, supporting bar and cutting control handle. When picking fruits, the length of the supporting bar was adjusted by changing its relative position. Through pressing the cutting control handle to adjust the position of the disc cutter, the motor will be turned on to achieve the fruit picking. This picking device has simple structure, low cost, strong universality and practicality. It is suitable for most orchards and can greatly reduce the labor force, which improves the picking efficiency.
