摘  要:利用平面正交光栅进行几何误差测量实验,经过数据采集得到一定数量的几何误差样本,然后通过有限元仿真分析得到机床加工半球时的切削力误差样本,进而对工件上相应切削点误差的矢量求和得到机床加工综合误差的数学模型。提出基于人工神经网络的机床综合误差补偿方法,并建立综合误差的补偿模型,能够准确的预测未仿真和未检测机床空间内切削点的加工误差。结果表明应用该技术对数控机床的综合误差进行检测并补偿是切实可行的,可以有效地提高机床加工精度。The experiment of geometric error measurement was carried out by plane orthogonal grating, and a number of geometric error samples were collect- ed. Through the finite element analysis, the samples of cutting force error were obtained when hemisphere was processed by the machine tool. Then the math- ematical model for comprehensive error was obtained after vector summation of the corresponding cutting points of the work piece. The compensation method for comprehensive error based on neural network was put forward, and the error compensation model was established, which can accurately predict the ma- chining error of the cutting point which was not simulated and detected. The results show that using this technology to do the comprehensive error detection and compensation for CNC machine tools is feasible, and it will significantly improve the manufacturing accuracy.
