针刀松解枕下肌群治疗颈性眩晕的临床随机对照观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刀松解枕下肌群治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效。方法将120例颈性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组60例。对照组予传统针刺治疗,治疗组予针刀局部松解枕下肌群治疗。两组疗程均为20天,观察临床疗效,比较视觉模拟评分(VAS)和眩晕障碍评分(DHI)的变化情况。结果 1治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为88.33%、65.00%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2治疗前后组内比较,两组VAS评分、DHI评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,VAS评分、DHI评分改善指数差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刀松解枕下肌群治疗颈性眩晕疗效满意,可显著改善患者的眩晕症状。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of needle knife lyric method on suboccipital muscles in treating cervical vertigo. Methods One hundred and twenty cases with cervical vertigo were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. Control group was treated by conventional acupuncture treatment, and treatment group was treated by needle knife lyric method on suboccipital muscles, with the course of 20 days. The clinical efficacy, scores of Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） and Dizziness Handicap Inventory （DHI） were observed. Results （1） The total effective rate was 88.33% in the treatment group and 65.00% in the control group, with a difference between the two groups （P 〈0.05 ）. （2） In both groups, there were significant differences in the scores of VAS and DHI between before and after treatment （ P 〈0.05 ） ; after treatment, there were significant differences in the scores of VAS and DH/ between the two groups, and treatment group was superior to the control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion Needle knife lytic method on suboccipital muscles can effectively relieve the symptol,as of cervical vertigo.
