摘　　要：通过介绍临床案例,总结运用李东垣《脾胃论》中部分方剂治疗脾胃病及疑难杂症的心得体会。This paper introduces clinical cases and summarizes the prescriptions in Treatise on Spleen and Stomach for the treatment of spleen and stomach disorders and miscellaneous diseases.
