摘  要:目的研究高压酸解制备人参稀有皂苷Rk1和Rg5的最佳工艺。方法利用正交设计优化高压酸解制备人参茎叶总皂苷,以HPLC峰面积分析人参皂苷Rk1和Rg5的生成。结果高温酸解制备人参皂苷Rk1和Rg5的最佳工艺参数为:压力125 MPa,温度120℃,溶剂浓度乙醇50%,甲酸0.05%,时间为2 h。结论优选人参稀有皂苷Rk1和Rg5的制备工艺合理可行。Objective To study the optimum conditions of prepares rare ginsenoside Rk1 and Rg5 by high temperature and high pressure technique (HTHPT). Methods HTHPT was used to prepare rare ginsenoside from P. ginseng. The optimum extracting process was selected by the orthogonal test. The rare ginsenoside Rk1 and Rg5 were determined by HPLC. Results The optimum condition of HTHFT was as follows: the pressure was 125 MPa, the temperature was 120℃ the solvent was 50% ethanol, formic acid concentration was 0.05%, reaction time was 2h. Conclusion This preparation technology is valid and feasible.
