摘　　要：针对MA60飞机地面燃油试验台高精度燃油测量需求,设计了一种油量测量系统。该系统通过磁致伸缩传感器测得燃油箱内液面高度,结合存储在测量计算机中的H-V(油位-体积)和T-ρ(温度-密度)曲线计算得到燃油油量。通过试验证明,该系统测量精度高,稳定可靠,具有很强的实用性。A fuel measurement system is designed to satisfy high precision requirement of fuel measurement for fuel test-bed of MA60 airplane.The system measures the level of fuel surface in fuel tanks through magnetostrictive level sensor,and then calculates fuel quantity according to H-V curve and T-p curve saved on measurement computer.Experiments demonstrate that this system is stable and reliable,and has high accuracy and strong practicability.
