摘　　要：利用图书馆工作中需要解决的问题和项目,利用高校教学与科研任务对信息服务的要求等来培养馆员,这样立足于岗位需求和发展培养的馆员,图书馆用得着、留得住,更有利于图书馆的发展。Cultivating librarians should be based on the following aspects： position requirements, teaching and research tasks, the existing problems to be solved, and the project to be approved, etc.. The footing of the cultivation of librarians should be： the librarians to be urgently needed, the training of those that can be retained so as to make the cultivation work beneficial to the development of the library.
