摘  要:分析塔里木河帕满引水口所在区间的河势演变,找出边岸相对稳定起始位置,结合引水功能及安全,设计引水口防护工程。防护结构采用笼石护坡与沙土长管袋固底组合。对斜冲部位,借鉴当地防洪抢险经验,以薄层碎石梢捆与笼石分层铺设,形成阶梯状柔性坡面,纵、横向分散水体,消能防冲防淘,稳固有利河势。工程运行实践表明:在防护结构设计中增加自身消能措施,主动防御,作用明显。This paper analyzed the river regime evolution in the range of Paman intake of Tarim River,found out the relatively stable starting position and carried out intake protection design taking into account the diversion function and the safety. The protection structure consisted of the slope protection with gabion and the consolidated bottom with long tube sand bag. As for oblique scour parts,referring to local flood control experience,gabion and thin gravel branch were paved in a stratified way to form flexible stepped slope,which could disperse the wa-ter body in both vertical and horizontal directions to achieve energy dissipation and scouring prevention,and thus stabilize the favorable river regime. The practice of engineering operation shows that applying built-in energy dissipation measure to the protection structure design is an active way with obvious effects.
