摘 要:建立了分光光度动力学法间接测定 Fenton 反应速率的新方法。采用传统 Fenton 试剂产生羟基自由基(gOH ),以苯甲酸为自由基捕获剂,gOH可以将其氧化成羟基苯甲酸,从而在250-400 nm波长范围内产生吸收带,300 nm波长处吸光度的增大与时间在80s之内呈良好的线性关系,直线斜率与Fenton反应速率成正比。加入gOH抑制剂可以改变该直线的斜率,从而研究抗氧化剂对gOH的抑制作用。用抗坏血酸作为抗氧化剂验证了该方法。结果表明,新方法能用于Fenon反应速率的间接测定以及抗氧化剂抑制gOH能力的评估,具有检测速度快,准确度高的优点。A new determination method of Fenton reaction rate has been established by spectrophotometry kinetic analysis(SKA).Hydroxyl readicals(gOH)were produced by classical Fenton reagent,and it were catched by benzoic acid as trapping agent of hydroxyl eadical.So hydroxybenzoic acid with absorption band at the wave length range of 250-400 nm were produced,and its absorbances at 300 nm and time was linear dependence in 80 s.The slope of straight line was proportional to the Fenton reaction rate,and it may be changed by scavenging agent of gOH,so inhibiting ability of scavenging agent ongOHcan be studied.The method was proved by ascorbic acid, the result showed that,the new method can be used indirectly determination of Fenton reaction rete and estimate about inhibiting ability of scavenging agent ongOH,and it was fast speed and accurate.
