摘  要:目的研究绿豆黄酮对小鼠急性酒精性肝损伤的干预作用,寻找治疗酒精性肝病的安全、有效的天然产物。方法采用体积分数为56%白酒诱导建立小鼠急性酒精性肝损伤模型,利用相关试剂盒检测小鼠血清AST、ALT含量和肝组织SOD活力与MDA水平,采用HE染色检测肝细胞损伤程度。结果绿豆黄酮能够降低模型小鼠血清AST、ALT含量,增强肝组织SOD活力,降低肝组织MDA水平,缓解肝细胞空泡变性及坏死。结论绿豆黄酮可以降低白酒诱导的小鼠急性酒精性肝损伤,其作用机制可能与减轻自由基和脂质过氧化物对肝细胞的损伤有关。Objective To investigate the interventional effects of vitexin and isovitexin on alcohol-induced liver injury mouse model. Methods The mouse model were induced by alcohol. MTT method and HE stai- ning were applied. The serum levels of alanine aminotransferase ( ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) as well as the hepatic level of malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) were measued. Results Compared with model control group, mungbean flavonoids treatment significantly decrease the serum levels of ALT, AST and hepatic level of MDA. Meanwhile,the activity of SOD was increased. Conclusions Vitexin and isovitexin in mungbean flavonoids have a significant protective effect against alcohol-induced liver injury.
