摘 要:油田开发中后期,地面注水系统能耗较为严重。基于流体力学理论、离散数学图论法和矩阵理论,构建了油田地面注水管网模拟评价平台,可实现注水管网的结构优化、参数监测及能耗评价。论述了注水管网的构建、管网水力计算模型的建立,油田地面注水管网模拟评价平台的架构。以胜利油田某注水管网为例,阐述了油田地面注水管网模拟评价平台在实际生产中的应用,根据油田地面注水管网模拟评价平台给出的改造方案,对注水管网实施改造,能耗较改造前减少了11.4%,管网注水效率明显提高。As oilfield development, loss of energy in water flooding system becomes serious. Based on fluid mechanics, discrete mathematics and matrix theory, the structure diagram and the hydraulic model are established to optimize the water flooding structure, parameter monitor and energy consumption. This paper discusses how to build water flooding structure, hydraulic calculation model and flooding pipe network simulation evaluation platform. According to a water flooding network in Shengli Oilfield, this paper describes the field evaluation of ground water flooding network simulation platform in the actual production application. Based on transformation plan given by flooding pipe network simulation evaluation platform,the water flooding pipe network is transformed, and the loss of energy is decreased by11%. The efficiency of water flooding is improved obviously.
