摘　　要：大型炼油项目投资密度大、建设强度高,属于易燃易爆建设项目,总图布置在减少炼油项目投资、确保项目符合标准及安全方面有着至关重要的作用。从宏观层面阐述了炼油项目总图布置理念,包括系统观念、制宜观念、经济观念及权重观念。探讨了总图布置的工作步骤与方法,包括渐缩的方法、由面及点的方法、由粗到细的方法,以及量化选优法。大型炼油项目的总图布置理念与方法,对其他类型项目的总图设计具有普遍的指导和借鉴意义。Large oil refining project has the feature of high investment density,high construction intensity. And it is the high inflammable and explosive construction project. General layout plays an important role in lowing refinery project investment and ensuring the project security. First of all, this thesis shows the general layout methods of large oil project from macro level, which is including the systemic concept,feasible concept, economic concept and weight concept. Secondly, this thesis discusses the steps and methods work of the general layout, which is including methods of step by step, methods of surface to points, methods of rough to fine and method of quantitative selection. The ideas and methods of the paper discussing have a universal guiding and reference significance for other types of general layout design.
