松龄血脉康治疗血管性痴呆患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:了解松龄血脉康治疗血管性痴呆的疗效和安全性。方法:将78例血管性痴呆(VD)患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各39例,两组患者均使用盐酸多奈哌齐片,研究组患者联用松龄血脉康,3粒/次,3次/d,饭后服用。治疗周期12周,使用简易精神状况量表(MMSE)和日常生活自理能力量表(ADL)评分,用MMSE、ADL评分变化了解松龄血脉康对血管性痴呆患者认知功能和日常生活自理能力的影响。结果:研究组患者治疗后MMSE总分高于对照组(t=2.34,P<0.05),记忆力评分高于对照组(t=2.55,P<0.05),治疗后研究组患者ADL评分低于对照组(t=2.57,P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应无明显差异。结论:松龄血脉康能改善VD患者的认知功能,提高患者的日常生活自理能力,使用安全。Objective：To investigate efficacy and safety of Songling Xuemaikang capsules in treatment of vascular dementia （VD）. Methods：78 patients with VD were randomly divided into experiment group （39 cases） and control group （39 cases）. They were all given the same basic treatment of Donepezil Hydrochloride tablets, and the patients in experiment group were administrated with Songling Xuemaikang capsules with a dosage of 3 grains/time, tid after dinner for 12 weeks, additionally. The patients were as-sessed with mini-mental state examination （ MMSE） and activities of daily living （ ADL） in order to find out the influence of Songling Xuemaikang capsules on cognitive function and daily living skills in the VD patients. Results： After the treatment, the total score of MMSE and the score of memory in experiment group were higher than those in control group, respectively （ t=2. 34, P〈0. 05; t=2. 55, P〈0. 05）, while after the treatment, the score of ADL in experiment group was lower than that in control group （t=2. 57, P〈0. 05）. The adverse reactions were not significantly different between the two groups. Conclusions： Songling Xuemaikang capsules may improve cognitive function and daily living skills in the VD patients, and is safe.
