摘　　要：专业社团是在大学精神的指引下依托高校专业建立起来的学生组织,具有独特性、优质性、发展性和导向性。2012年聊城大学被评为山东省应用型特色名校立项建设单位,聊城大学"新农科技社"为国家级"优秀学生社团",是山东省惟一国家级优秀支农型专业社团,该社团在巩固学生专业思想、调动主观能动性、完善心理素质、坚定核心价值观、丰富专业知识、增长实践能力、培养创新精神、提升综合素质、奠定创业基础、提高就业能力等十个方面发挥着实践育人的作用。Professional association is relying on the profession set up student organizations under the guidance of the university spirit. It has uniqueness,quality,development and guidance, Liaocheng University was named project construction unit school for application of Shandong province in 2012. The new agricultural science and technology association of Liaocheng university is the national ＇excellent student＇, which is the only national excellent support and professional association for agriculture. This association play the role of the practice education in ten aspects. They are strengthen students＇ speciality thoughts,arouse sub- jective initiative, improve the psychological quality, confirm core values, enriching professional knowledge, enhance practical abil- ity, strengthening creative spirit, promoting overall qualities,lay entrepreneurial basis and promoting employability.
