论新加坡高职教育特色对我国高职教育的启示

摘　　要：随着信息化时代的到来,科学技术迅猛发展,经济和社会发展对高级技术与管理人才的需求量日益增长,在科学技术突飞猛进的今天,人才就是第一生产力。我国的高等职业技术教育仍然存在着诸多问题与不足,如师资队伍建设不完善、质量保障不到位、国际化程度低下等。正处于改革阶段的我国高等职业技术教育,适当借鉴和吸收其他先进国家的发展经验是极有必要的。With the advent of the era of information technology, rapid development of science and technology, economic and social development on advanced technology and management talent demand is growing,in today which progresses by leaps and bounds of science and technology, talent is the first productive force. Our country＇s higher vocational education still exist many prob- lems and deficiencies, such as the teachers troop construction is not perfect, quality assurance does not reach the designated posi- tion, low degree of internationalization, etc. Is in the stage of reform of higher vocational and technical education in our country, draw lessons from and absorbing other appropriate development experience of the advanced countries is very necessary.
