摘　　要：孙中山的地方自治思想是其政治思想中的重要组成部分,地方自治是革命程序论中训政时期政府主要推行事项,南京国民政府在训政时期曾积极推行地方自治,但是在实际推行过程中并没有完全依照孙中山地方自治思想,对孙中山地方自治思想有继承也有修正。Sun＇s local self- government ideology is its political and ideological important part of the revo- lutionary process on the implementation of the Government＇s main political tutelage matters, Nanjing National Government was actively pursuing political tutelage of local autonomy, but in the actual implementation process does not completely sen according to local self- government ideology, local self- government ideology has in- herited Sun Yat- sen also corrected.
