论家庭社会工作在灾后青少年心理重建中的运用

摘　　要：在灾后青少年的心理重建中引入家庭社会工作,不仅可以有效地改善家庭内部的经济状况、关系结构以及互动状况,更能有效地获得家庭之外的社会支持,最终促进青少年的心理康复与重建。具体来说,家庭社会工作介入灾后青少年心理重建的运用策略包括:(1)利用积极心理学技巧促进家庭个别成员的正向心理作用;(2)激发家庭整体的正向恒定作用促进家庭整体的凝聚力;(3)多角度构建家庭的社会支持网络促进家庭整体的复原力;(4)通过心理咨询与辅导实现家庭整体心理支持和青少年的心理重建。The introduction of family social work into the post-disaster adolescent psychological reconstruction can not only greatly improve the domestic finance, relationship structure and interaction but also effectively obtain the external support to promote adolescent psychological recovery and reconstruction. More specifically, the strategies include： to promote positive psychological effects of a certain family member by using positive psychological techniques; To arouse the whole family＇ s positive constant role and to promote the collective spirit of the family; to strengthen the family＇s recovery ability by establishing the family＇s social support network via various means; to realize the whole family＇s psychological support and adolescent psychological reconstruction by psychological counseling and therapy.
