摘　　要：给出了汽车车身A级曲面的概念和要求,通过实例讨论了轿车发动机罩外板的光顺方法 ,通过机罩基本面的建立,给出了曲面对称的构造方法,建立了机罩两侧筋处的过渡圆角,强调了曲面的连续性,并且给出了边界的裁剪方法。结果证明,用该方法建立的轿车发动机罩外板的最终模型满足A级曲面的要求。The conception and demands of class A surfaces on cabin were given. The smoothing method of engine bonnet was discussed through the example. By the construction of engine bonnet, the method of surface symmetry was introduced, transitional fillet on both sides of strengthening engine bonnet was established, continuity of surfaces joint was emphasized, and the method of boundary trimming was given. The resuh verified that the final model of engine bonnet surfaces satisfied the requirements of class A surface after check and modification.
