摘　　要：[目的]系统评价喉癌全喉切除术后食管发音训练的方法,为临床病人语言康复训练提供依据。[方法]检索万方、维普、CNKI数据库,对文献的研究基本特征与质量评价、发音训练过程、训练人员、开始时间、训练周期进行分析。[结果]纳入文献18篇,食管发音训练过程、训练人员、开始时间、训练周期不统一,发音成功比例较高。[结论]食管发音训练对病人语言恢复有显著效果,但规范化程度不高,需进一步研究。Objective：To evaluate the method of esophagus pronunciation training of laryngeal carcinoma patients after total laryngectomy,and so as to provide the evidence for language rehabilitation training of clinical pa-tients.Methods：The basic characteristics and quality evaluation of the literature,the pronunciation training process,training personnel,start time,training cycle were analyzed by searching Wan Fang,VIP and CNKI data-base.Results：A total of 1 8 documents were included and the training process,training personnel,start time, training cycle of esophagus pronunciation were not uniform,and the proportion of successful pronunciation was higher.Conclusion：Esophagus pronunciation training had significant effect for patients’language rehabilitation, but the degree of standardization is not high and need to be studied further.
