逆行光导气管插管法的临床应用

摘　　要：目的：研究逆行光导气管插管法的临床应用及效果。方法：选择ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级，Mallampati气道评级Ⅰ～Ⅱ级患者200例，按计算机随机分组分为两组，A组，直接喉镜组；B组，逆行光导组，每组100例；比较两组患者气管插管的成功率、插管时间、心血管反应及拔管后咽喉部并发症。结果两组患者插管成功率及心血管反应无差异，B组插管时间更短，咽喉部并发症少于A组。结论：逆行光导气管插管法用于气道评级Ⅰ～Ⅱ级患者安全可靠．Objective To study the clinical application and effect of retrograde light-guided intubation method. Method Select the ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ, Mallampati airway rating Ⅰ～Ⅱ patients 200 cases, according to the computer randomly divided into two groups, A group ,laryngoscope group; group B, retrograde light-guided group, 100 cases in each group; two groups were compared the success rate of intubation, inlubatidn time, cardiovascular responses and after extubation throat complications.Results There was no difference in the success rate of intubation and cardiovascular responses of the two groups ; in group B the intubation time was shorter, complications of throat was less than that of group A.Conclusion retrograde light-guided intubation was safe for airway rating Ⅰ～Ⅱ patients.
