摘 要:城市污水具有流量和平均温差波动不大特点。冬季污水管道内平均温度高于外界环境温度,夏季污水管道内平均温度低于外界环境温度。基于上述特点,设计了用于污水余热回收的热泵-污水耦合系统。考虑到臭氧层破坏ODP和温室效应GWP,分别开发了带节流阀和带膨胀机的环保制冷剂R744、R134a和R1234yf的污水源热泵系统平台并进行了性能分析。为实现中低温余热回收进而提高热泵性能提供资料。Urban wastewater has the characteristics of steady fluctuation flow rate and average temperature. Average temperature of sewage pipeline in winter is higher than the environment temperature,and average temperature in summer below the environment temperature.Based on the above characteristics,the cou-pling system of sewage waste heat recovery and heat pump was designed.Considering the problem ODP andGWP,the sewage-source heat pump platform with throttle valve and expander of refrigerants R744, R134a and R1234yf were developed,and the performance analysis was carried out.Some fundamental data were obtained for achieving low temperature waste heat recovery and improving the performance of heat pump.
