摘　　要：目的：评价BV三项在细菌性阴道病检测中的价值。方法：收集1783例门诊患者白带标本，分别进行BV三项和传统Amsel法检测，并对结果进行分析。结果：BV三项检测细菌性阴道病与传统Amsel法无统计学差异（ P＞0．05），且BV三项临床效能优于单纯唾液酸苷酶检测。结论：BV三项检测速度快、结果易判读、客观性强，可作为诊断细菌性阴道病的理想方法。Objective：To evaluate the clinical value of BV three assay in bacterial vaginosis. Methods：A total of 1783 samples were detected by BV three assay method and the traditional Amsel method. Then the results were compared and analyzed. Results：There was no statistical significances between two methods （P〉0.05）.The clinical diagnostic efficiency of BV three assay is better than neuraminidase. Conclusion：BV three assay should be a rapid, simple and objective method, so it might be an ideal method in diagnosis of bacterial vagino-sis.
