摘 要:目的:通过核桃叶提取液对离体蛙心灌流影响实验,初步探讨核桃叶对心脏活动的影响及作用机制。方法:取蛙心110只,按照随机数字表法将其分为11组,作用效果方块5个组(正常对照组和核桃叶极低、低、中、高浓度组)、作用机制方块6个组(正常对照组、核桃叶提取液组、阿托品低浓度、阿托品高浓度组、阿托品低浓度+核桃叶提取液组、阿托品高浓度+核桃叶提取液组),在每组的蛙心灌流管内加入相应的液体,用BL-410生物机能实验系统记录各组给药前和给药后离体蛙心率和心收缩幅度,并进行比较分析。结果:各核桃叶组的心率与正常对照组均无明显差异(P>0.05);给药后核桃叶各组的心收缩幅度均明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),且呈现出心收缩幅度随核桃叶浓度增大逐渐下降趋势;阿托品低浓度+核桃叶提取液组明显低于阿托品低浓度组(P<0.01),阿托品高浓度+核桃叶提取液组明显低于阿托品高浓度组(P<0.01),核桃叶提取液组、阿托品低浓度+核桃叶提取液组、阿托品高浓度+核桃叶提取液组均明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),但后三者之间的两两比较均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:核桃叶不影响心率,对心收缩力有一定的抑制作用,这些抑制作用存在量效关系,其抑制心收缩力作用可能不是通过M受体系统实现。Objective:To primarily discuss the influence of juglandis folia on cardiomotility and its mechanism of action through the experiments of effects of juglandis folia extracts on isolated frog heart irrigation.Method:110 frog hearts were selected and divided into 11 groups according to the random number table method:5 groups of effects square(normal control group,very low,low,medium and high juglandis folia extract concentration group) and 6 groups of mechanism square(normal control group,juglandis folia extract group,Atropine low concentration group,Atropine high concentration group,Atropine low concentration group+juglandis folia extract group,Atropine high concentration group+juglandis folia extract group).Corresponding liquid was added into frog heart perfusion tube of each group.Heart rate and heart contraction of isolated frog in each group before and after medication were recorded by BL-410 Biological Functional Experiment system.The results were compared and analyzed.Result:There were no significant differences in the heart rate between each juglandis folia group and normal control group(P〉0.05).The value of heart contraction of each juglandis folia group after medication were significantly lower than that of normal control group(P〈0.05 or P〈0.01),and presented the heart contraction amplitude gradually decreased with the increase of the concentration of juglandis folia.The value of Atropine low concentration group+juglandis folia extract group was significantly lower than that of Atropine low concentration group(P〈0.01).The value of Atropine high concentration group+juglandis folia extract group was significantly lower than that of Atropine high concentration group(P〈0.01).The value of juglandis folia extract group,Atropine low concentration group+juglandis folia extract group and Atropine high concentration group+juglandis folia extract group were significantly lower than that of normal control group(P〈0.01),but there were no significant difference
