摘　　要：政治经济学是指导中国社会主义经济建设的根本理论。学好用好政治经济学是基于我国几十年社会主义经济建设经验的高度总结和对实现建成现代化强国宏伟目标的责任。坚持对马克思主义政治经济学的理论自信,增强学习马克思主义政治经济学的自觉,是学好用好政治经济学的前提。学好用好政治经济学就需要认真地学习政治经济学经典著作,以开放的态度、发展的态度学习政治经济学,坚持理论联系实际的学风,在实践应用上下功夫。高等学校是政治经济学学科建设、人才培养和科学研究的主力军,对于学好用好政治经济学负有义不容辞的责任,应当纠正忽视政治经济学的不良倾向,为学好用好政治经济学做出贡献。Political economy is the fundamental theoretical guidance of Chinese socialist economic construction. To learn well and make good use of political economy is based on the summary of decades experience in building a socialist economy and the responsibility for achieving the grand goal of modernization and prosperous. It is thepremise of learning well and making good use of political economy that we should persist in theoretical confidence of Marxism political economy and enhance consciousness of learning Marxism political economy. If we want to learn well and make good use of political economy, we need to study the classics of political economy carefully, learn political economy with attitude of open mind and development, to integrate theory with practice style of study, work hard in the practical application, adhere to the study style of integrating theory with practice, work hard in the practical application. Colleges and universities, which are the main force ofdiscipline construction, personnel training and scientific research of political economy, have a bounden duty to learning well and making good use of political economy. We should correct the undesirable tendency to ignore the political economy, and make contributions for learning well and making good use of political economy.
