摘 要:随着人们生活水平的提高,心血管疾病的发病率逐年升高,已成为危害人类生命健康的主要威胁之一.支架术因其创伤小、效果好,在心血管病的治疗中有着广泛的应用.支架植入血管后要与血管壁直接作用,好的支架要求对血管壁的损伤小.目前对支架的研究以有限元方法为主,缺乏有效的试验手段.光弹性法是一种可以直接分析物体内部应力的可靠的试验方法,本文中将光弹性法应用到血管壁受支架作用的应力分析中,根据实际血管尺寸设计了血管模型,并根据血管研制了低弹性模量的光弹材料,采用实际临床操作进行加载,在关键的位置进行切片应力分析,较好的模拟了血管壁受支架作用的应力分布情况.The incidence of cardiovascular disease increases year by year, and it has become one of the main threats to people's life and health. Because of its small trauma and good effect, stent-graft has been widely used in the treatment of cardiovascular disease. After grafting, the stent will directly affect the blood vessel wall. Good stent does little harm to the blood vessel wall. Now the study of stent mechanical property mainly adopts finite element method (FEM), and there isn't effective experimental method. Photoelastic method is a kind of experimental method that can directly analyze object internal stress. In this article, photoelastic method was applied to the stress analysis of blood vessel wails with stent. The vascular model was designed according to the actual size of blood vessels. According to the blood vessels property, the photoelastic material with low elastic modulus was developed. The stent was grafted in the photoelastic model with actual clinical operations. The model was sliced at the key positions to do stress analysis. The photoelastic method could simulate the stress distribution of blood vessel walls subjected to stent well.
